My name is Wesley Barchenger.

Many have asked what "Toozigoot" means, so let me clarify then we can get down to the good stuff: To us it simply means approaching each day with fortunistic gratitude.

What we want to offer is an opportunity for people to experience a lifestyle that we have found enjoyable and amiable to our surroundings.. It's a way of life that promotes kindness, right-livlihood and, simply put, good living.

I spent many years in the funeral industry, yes, it's an industry, a huge industry and after many years in that dismal trade, coupled with the birth of my son and then assisting at ground zero, I learned that life is very precious and short and I had better make it a good one.

Well, it has taken a few years. But now I have passed the Shady Dell on to some other folks so I can focus on more meaningful things such as being a dad, musician and promoting the Toozigoot lifestyle. So if you are "into" vintage trailers and/or would like to seek a simpler, more hormonious life, approach us.

I received my experience as co-owner of The Shady Dell vintage trailer park in Bisbee, AZ. Several years ago, I and a partner purchased the Shady Dell from Ed and Rita, the original owners, and I have been behind the scenes purchasing vintage trailers and adding to the collection of the Shady Dell, notably, the Airfloat and the Tiki Bus.

That is who I am and what we are about.
